Wonderful experience. Relaxing from the moment I arrived. Team were welcoming and professional. My facial was exquisite! The products were luxurious, and my therapist was highly skilled. You get access to the spa and sauna etc as part of your booking.

Highly recommend Chaun Spa at Langham. I had a midweek package with a massage & facial with a hair mask & scalp massage add on & my therapist Edwiania was amazing - the relaxation & sense of wellness was incredible. The service from the moment I arrived was warm & friendly - I had access to the outside pool & spa as well as the steam room, sauna & other facilities. I highly recommend arriving early or making time afterwards to make the most of the facilities. Mandy 😊

Had such an amazing experience here. Staff were lovely and my massage treatment was glorious. Was provided sparkling wine, water and some snacks after my treatment, as well as some take home gifts - a wonderful surprise. The only thing I would advise is bringing your own toiletries if showering after your treatment/using the facilities. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are in the showers but I had to hop into 3 different showers to get conditioner as it had run out. There also wasn’t any cotton pads or tips available which is surprising given the spa is inside a 5-star hotel.
